(*) The cut-off time for Internal Transfers will be extended to 16:00 with the following conditions:
- Transfer from account to account within BPCE- IOM Ho Chi Minh City Branch.
- No supporting document is required.
General notes:
1.Timely Processing:
- Valid payment instructions/complete set of documents/complete set of application fulfilled all criteria for issuance received before the cut-off time, accompanied by complete supporting documents and sufficient balance, will be processed on the same day.
- Instructions/applications received after the cut-off time or lacking necessary documentation will be processed on the next working day or on the same day based on best efforts.
2.Loan Drawdown Instructions:
Payment instruction which is related to the loan drawdown shall be processed upon the completion of the loan drawdown documentations and loan is disbursed to customer’ s account before cut-off time.
3.Foreign Currency Payments:
Payment instructions in foreign currencies or those requiring supporting documents as per foreign exchange control regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam and internal procedures of BPCE IOM HCMC Branch will be processed upon receiving sufficient required supporting documents.
