Position: Risk & Compliance Manager

Location: 16th Floor, Pearl 5 Building, No. 05 Le Quy Don Street, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 03, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Risk & Compliance Manager to join our team at BPCE IOM – HCMC Branch. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence to risk and compliance standards, specifically within the framework of Groupe BPCE. If you are fluent in English and French, have a strong understanding of Groupe BPCE’s risk and compliance framework, and possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

– Implement and oversee risk and compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines, aligning with Groupe BPCE standards.

– Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance reviews to identify and mitigate potential issues.

– Help Risk and Compliance department to ensure the correct implementation of procedures and compliance with regulations at the bank in the most effective manner.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the bank’s operations align with risk and compliance regulations.

– Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to the team.

– Develop and maintain a culture of compliance and risk awareness within the organization.

– Make regular reports to the General Manager and Director of Risk Control and Compliance Department.


– Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Economics, Business, Law, Financial Management, etc.).

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk and compliance management.

– Fluent in both English and French.

– Extensive knowledge of Groupe BPCE risk and compliance framework.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
