• The above rates are subject to adjustment based on the level of cooperation/business volume entrusted.
• Customers can pay service fees in VND or other foreign currencies for fees collected in foreign currency/VND at the rate announced by BPCE at the time of charge collection.
• In case customer requests to cancel the transaction or to stop using the service before the expiry date, or the transaction is not performed through no fault of ours, BPCE will not refund the service fee and other fees (SWIFT cost, postage, tax, service charge… payable to other parties/banks) collected.
• Charges for services not listed herein will be provided on request.
• Out-of-pocket expenses such as postage, courier, fax, telex, telephone, SWIFT, correspondent bank’s charges, and other ancillary charges will be collected additionally.
• All bank charges and fees contained herein supersede any previously issued charges and fees and are subject to amendment, supplement or cancellation without prior notice unless otherwise required by Vietnamese laws.
