Announcement 2025 Business Continuity Plan Exercise

In order to ensure the continuity of services and reinforce the Bank’s resilience in responding to emergency situations, BPCE IOM – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (“the Bank”) will conduct its annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Exercise.

The schedule for the Bank’s 2025 BCP Exercise is as follows::

• Date: Friday, September 19^th, 2025
• Starting: 7:00 Vietnam Time | Ending: 19:00 Vietnam Time
• BCP Transaction Office:
• 16th Floor, Pearl 5 Tower, 05 Le Quy Don Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• 4th Floor, Sabay Office Building, 99 Cong Hoa Street, Ward Tan Son Nhat, Ho Chi Minh City.

As it might take more time than usual to process certain types of operations during the BCP, please take this into account when doing business with us to avoid any unexpected issue. It is also advised that transactions of non-urgent nature be appropriately scheduled. Please do not hesitate to approach our Corporate Relationship Managers before the BCP date for further consultation and assistance on this matter.

The Bank shall resume its regular operation from Monday, September 22^nd, 2025.
