WHO WE ARE

BPCE International (full legal name: BPCE International et Outre-mer SA) is the holding company responsible for managing Groupe BPCE’s international equity investments. As a wholly owned subsidiary of BPCE, it oversees a foreign bank branch and holds equity interests in selected banking institutions across multiple regions.

In October 2015, BPCE International assumed Natixis’ banking activities in Vietnam. Following regulatory approvals, Groupe BPCE announced the transfer of its Vietnamese banking operations from Natixis to BPCE International, ensuring continuity of service for Vietnamese, French, and Groupe BPCE clients in the country.

Since 1992, Groupe BPCE has maintained a full banking Branch license in Vietnam, operating through a Branch in Ho Chi Minh City and a Representative Office in Hanoi.
