Announcement of service fee reduction for local remittance via Interbank Electronic Payment System operated and managed by State Bank of Vietnam

In compliance with instruction from the State Bank of Vietnam under Letter No. 2342/NHNN-TT dated 31/03/2020 on the implementation of service fee reduction for local remittance via Interbank Electronic Payment System operated and managed by State Bank of Vietnam (“CITAD system”), BPCE IOM – Ho Chi Minh City Branch (“the Bank”) would like to announce that from May 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2020, the service fee for local remittance via CITAD system will be reduced as follows:

  • The above Reduction rate (*) will also apply to customers who are currently entitled to the Bank’s preferential tariffs.
  • The above fee does not include value added tax (VAT).
  • Other fees/charges remain unchanged.
