BPCE IOM Ho Chi Minh City Branch (“the Branch”) are committed to providing you with the highest level of service and support for your financial needs. We would like to inform you of some upcoming changes to our service fees, which will take effect on October 2^nd, 2023.

Please note that the adjustments apply to the following categories of services:

• Service fees for Trade Finance (Import Letter of Credit, Export Letter of Credit, Documentary Collection, Letter of Guarantee/ Stand-by L/C, and other charges).
• Service fees for Remittance (Inward remittance of overseas and domestic, domestic outward remittance and overseas outward remittance).
• Service fees for Cash (Cash deposit and Cash withdrawal).
• Service fees for Account Handling (Balance/Audit/Other confirmations, Account number confirmation, Account statement, Credit advice/ Debit advice, surcharge for old item, Account maintenance, Dormant account, Closing account).
