Announcement on 2022 BCP Exercise

The Bank has always been committed to providing our clients with products and services of highest quality. For that reason, an annual Business Continuity Plan Exercise (“BCP”) is put in place to ensure that our service and operations remain uninterrupted even in case of emergency or disaster.

We would like, therefore, to inform you of our 2022 BCP as below:

• Starting: 8:00 Vietnam Time | Ending: 17:00 Vietnam Time

As it might take more time than usual to process certain types of operations during the BCP, please take this into account when doing business with us to avoid any unexpected issue. It is also advised that transactions of non-urgent nature be appropriately scheduled. The Bank shall resume its regular operation from Monday, December 12^th, 2022.
