We neither have any customer application except for our official internet banking channel. We criticize any unauthorized use of our name, logo and trademarks for such deceitful purposes.

1. No Personal Loan Services: As of this notice, BPCE hereby confirms that we have not offered any Personal Loan Services to individual clients.
2. Official Website and Communication Channels: Our only legitimate website is https://bpce-vietnam.com and our phone contact is (028) 3932.0827. Rely solely on this contact information for accurate information from BPCE. We do not offer any products via phone calls or through any channels or applications except for our official internet banking channel.
3. Reporting Suspicious Activities: Report any fraudulent or suspicious activities to local authorities immediately.
4. Legal Actions: BPCE is ready to take legal actions against any subjects involved in these fraudulent acts and unauthorized use of our name, logo, and trademarks for such deceitful purposes.
