Decision No. 1187/QD NHNN on extending the operation term of BPCE IOM – Ho Chi Minh City Branch

On 05 June 2019, the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam issued Decision No. 1187/QD NHNN on extending the operation term of BPCE IOM – Ho Chi Minh City Branch.

Accordingly, the Governor approved to extend the operation duration and amend the contents of Article II of the License for operation of foreign bank branches No. 06-NH-GP dated June 12, 1992 approved by the Governor of the State Bank for BANQUE FRANCAISE DU COMMERCE EXTERIEUR-SUCCURSALE DU VIETNAM (currently known as BPCE IOM – Ho Chi Minh City Branch) as follows: “The operation duration of the Branch is 99 years from the date of signing this Decision”.

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and is an integral part of License 06-NH GP dated 12 June 1992 approved by the Governor for BANQUE FRANCAISE DU COMMERCE EXTERIEUR-SUCCURSALE DU VIETNAM (currently known as BPCE IOM – Ho Chi Minh City Branch).
